Akara Numerology has
been handed down from masters to disciple for many years in India.
Akara, meaning the circle of light, circle of infinity, that which
contains everything.
Akara Numerology is a technology with which we can better understand
ourselves and the experience of our life. Through simple calculations we
can determine what our inherent strengths and challenges are and how to
create a balance in life, which assures the best possible success.
In this session we will cover self-awareness, communication and the
spiritual development of your life. We will go over your challenges
(soul, mastery and path) and your assets (gift and knowledge).
We will let you know about your time cycles, they allow you to see what
trends, issues and opportunities will be available to you within a
season of time. This knowledge enables you to move appropriately within
that season, and gain the most from it.
Numerology is the language of numbers. When you have an understanding of
this language you open up a realm of possibilities for knowing how to
achieve your life’s fulfillment.

History of Numerology

As you delve deeper and deeper into history you
will find examples of civilizations working with numbers as early as
38,000 BC. Upper Paleolithic cave men were etching parallel, recurring
lines in sevens suggesting that already the number seven was being
ascribed significance. Around 6,000 BC the Sumerians of Mesopotamia were
working with their own numerical system. The early Greeks around the 5th
century were working with numerical systems inherited from the
Phoenician civilization. The Babylonians, Mayans, Indians, Persians and
the ancient Egyptians incorporated and developed sophisticated models of
numerology into their sciences and used them to predict the movements of
stars, planets, to erect temples, to formulate calendars, in art and
many other spheres of life. Discovery of planets in outer space was the
result of calculating the speed of light.
Rooted in antiquity the science of numerology is on one level
paradoxically cryptic, esoteric yet it can be embraced into your
lifestyle at a simple level. Numerology can be used to analyze character
traits, both good and bad. Over the centuries practitioners of many
differing disciplines have used the science of number for varying
purposes, for instance in oracles, divinations, preparation of
talismans, charms, for recording and deciphering the movements of
planets, computing time, in sacred architecture and design of temples.
Numbers have been used extensively in a myriad
of esoteric, mystical and religious traditions. They form the basis of
many other practices including palmistry, hypnosis, Chinese feng shui
and Indian vastu. For instance the specific models of numerology in
systems of divination including the hexagrams, the trigrams of the I-Ching,
the astrological directions in feng shui, yoga, the Mayan oracles, the
koans of Japanese Zen, runes, the major and minor arcane of the tarot
cards and in the tiles of the mah jong. Numerology is also found in
geomancy, the sacred geometry intrinsic in the natural world, the
natural energy that permeates objects in the universe such as the
mountains, trees and stones, astro-archaeology, cosmology, alchemy and
even in card game spreads.
"By giving people feedback about themselves from the insights that
are drawn from number awareness they stop running from themselves and
instead embrace their true potential. Numbers can then be a continuing
reference point that guides the individual on their path.
"Numbers are the ultimate tool for the intuition. It is not that you
crack the mysteries of existence, but the unknown is no longer to be
feared. You can feel that there is a beautiful dance going on and that
you are moving in step; that means harmony and harmony is happiness." |
